Structured as a Wyoming DAO LLC with secure 2-of-3 multisig cold storage vault.

Bitcoin Reserve Act passed—building a sovereign fund for the Bitcoin community in Chicago.

Mission: Long-term financial sovereignty for underserved Black communities through Bitcoin savings, education, and decentralized governance.

21-year plan: Youth mentorship, financial literacy, peace incentives, rent relief, homeownership, local entrepreneurship—funded without ever selling Bitcoin.
